How long before my publication expires

A Change of Name advertisement stays public for 7 calendar days from the date it is published. If it is published on a Thursday, it expires the following Thursday.

During those 7 days anyone can read the notice and verify it with the Publication ID. After day 7 the gazette replaces the notice text with an expired state.

If you still need the advertisement to be public, open Request republish and enter the Publication ID, for example CNA-PUB-2026-001284. Do not use the application reference. That number only tracks the file.
