What to do if my application was rejected

A rejected application always includes a reason. Open your tracking page with the application reference and read that reason before you do anything else.

If the reviewer asked for a correction instead of a rejection, edit the named fields or documents and resubmit. The file returns to review.

A rejection cannot be reopened. Start a new application, fix the problem named in the reason, and submit again. Keep the old reference only as a record of the earlier file.
